A strong blend that brings you a warm and peppery experience. The first sip feels brisk and astringent and the aftertaste leaves a spicy tinge to your throat. Earthiness of Assam CTC tea remains throughout.

 

 

Brewing tips

- Bring a mixture of 180 ml of water (60%) and milk (40%) to boil

- Add 2.5 gms (1 tsp) of Adrak (Ginger) Chai leaves

- Boil for 5-6 minutes

- Add sugar/ jaggery as per taste and serve hot
