Brewing tips

- Bring a mixture of 180 ml of water (60%) and milk (40%) to boil

- Add 2.5 gms (1 tsp) of Elaichi Chai leaves

- Boil for 5-6 minutes

- Add sugar/jaggery as per taste and serve hot
