By placing an order to purchase the Products through our Website, you affirm that:

The Contract Between You and The Partner

• After the order has been placed, you will receive an acknowledgment from Bluebud India regarding the receipt of your order. This does not however mean that your Order has been accepted by us. Your order constitutes an offer made to Bluebud India to buy a Product from the third party who offers a Product for the purpose of sale via the Website i.e. the Partner. All the orders are subjected to the acceptance made by the Partner and as such the Partner will make a confirmation of such acceptance to you by sending an email confirming that the Product has been dispatched. The contract between the Partner and You will only be validated when the Partner sends you the Dispatch Confirmation.

• Each of the contracts is in relation to only those Products whose dispatch has been confirmed by the Partner in the Dispatch Confirmation. There shall not be any obligation to supply any other Product for which the order has been placed, until a Dispatch Confirmation has been sent by the Partner with respect to those Products.

• In order to avoid any doubt or confusion, your contract with Bluebud India only relates to your use of the Website or the services and features available therein.

 

Credit Card Payment

In a transaction using a credit card, you must make use of your own credit card. The liability of using the card fraudulently and the burden to ‘prove otherwise’ shall fall exclusively on the owner. We will not be liable for any credit card fraud that may occur.

Bluebud Return Policy

​

In case you receive your package in unsealed or damaged condition, you can place a return and replacement request by mailing us at bluebudconnect@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please ensure that you attach the images of the damaged package and mention the same while accepting the delivery with our courier partner. You also need to make sure that the product is unused and in its original state.

​

Products acknowledged as ones which are “damaged” or “defective” will be reverse picked by us. Once the item is received by us at our facility, we will verify its condition and automatically start the replacement or refund process.
